Hey, I'm Helen. Found happiest in the mountains with a cup of coffee, I live on the edge of the Peak District with my wonderful husband and incredible children.
I Love people. The conversations, connections, smiles, laughter and silent moments together. Time spent with family, and time abroad immersing myself in different cultures, languages and places.
I bring nearly 20 years of experience as a photographer, specialising in weddings since 20212. Outside of my wedding work, I still enjoy photographing wildlife, landscapes and sports. You can view some of my personal work here.
! I only take on one wedding booking at a time - no back to back weddings - so I can fully focus on your day.

My approach
I believe great wedding photography is about the people. Connecting with everyone from the couple , their guests to the other suppliers, means I shoot real emotions, can observe unobtrusively while being part of the action and people feel relaxed around me (and my cameras). I take pride in my ability to connect seamlessly with you and your guests.
IN my opinion, this is the most important part of being a wedding photographer. It creates the incredible photos I capture, which will serve as your life long memory of your wedding day.
my work is not staged, my approach is intentional and I capture the whole picture - you, your partner, everyone you have chosen to be there with you, and all the details you have so carefully curated. I approach the day with empathy, professionalism, kindness and over a decade of experience.
